Procedure for submitting DMCA takedown notices and profile removal requests.

2How to Submit a DMCA Notice

To file a copyright infringement claim, you must provide a written communication to our designated agent that includes the following:

That you claim has been infringed.

3. Identification of the infringing material

4Profile Removal Requests

If you are a model and wish to have your profile removed from our listings, please contact us at htmlabx@gmail.com with:

  • Your model username
  • Proof of identity (optional, but speeds up the process)
  • Clear request for removal

Profile removal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

5Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

6Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to disable or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights.
